About Profitable Skills
“Profitable Skills ” started operations in 1992, as response to clients requests for the development and delivery of costumed training courses and workshops, that consider their particular needs, goals and characteristics, and those of their markets, which at that moment, they were unable to satisfy.
Since then, I develop and deliver skills development programs, for companies that seek “Consultative Development” based on my own methodology, and started “Profitable Skills”
“Profitable Skills” is primary focused in the Development of Leadership, and Business Skills of our clients, through Customized Development Programs and/or Leadership and Business Coaching.
Our Differentiation, is our “Compass” Methodology, which begins with the understanding of your objectives and needs, to then customize our programs to develop the skills, competences, and new behavior, that will produce the defined results, and enable your business team to grow beyond.
